Its fresh and floral scent serves as a great pick me up for a rough and tiring day. You may use lavender oil in bath, diffusers or for massage.

If you plan to use it in bath, you may add a few drops to your warm bath water, soap, shampoo, or moisturizers. For topical application or massage, dilute your lavender oil in a few drops of carrier oil (olive, jojoba, almond, coconut oil). You may even put this mixture in a roller bottle for immediate stress relief on the go. If you are home and ready to cap your day, add a few drops of lavender oil to your diffuser and take deep breaths, inhaling through the nose and exhaling from the mouth. It is so relaxing, you'll doze off before you could even say "good night".

Sweet orange oil has an uplifting fragrance. It has proven stress-relieving properties, great for boosting energy and improving concentration.

If you are feeling down and would need a boost, add a few drops of sweet orange oil to your diffuser. For instant boost on the go, keep a small bottle with you and inhale directly, rub on your wrist or handkerchief when you need it. For a full body massage, you may mix orange oil with lavender oil and your favorite carrier oil

The aroma of cedarwood atlas oil promotes the release of the chemical neurotransmitter, serotonin. Low serotonin level is said to cause depression. Cedarwood oil helps uplift and stabilize your mood. Like sweet orange oil, you may keep a small bottle of cedarwood oil with you and rub it in your wrist, palms, handkerchief whenever you need an instant lift. You may also rub it to your nape and temples to relieve tension headaches.

Just like other citrus oils, pink grapefruit oil has a refreshing, uplifting and calming scent to it. It is also a great pick me up. Diffusing grapefruit essential oil will give you a sense of relief and calm, you'll forget that you had a rough day at work.
