Within Hong Kong

We offer free shipping in Hong Kong for orders above 500 HKD.

All orders will be shipped within 3 working days. Orders will be shipped via SF Express. You will receive a tracking number via email the moment we shipped your order.

International

Free international shipping for orders above 1,600 HKD (or 200 USD)

All orders will be shipped within 10 working days. Items will be shipped via Hong Kong Post E-Express or via Air Mail. Both are reliable but no tracking. We do not accept P.O. Boxes. All duties and taxes at destination shall be paid by the customer. 

If order is below 1600 HKD (200 USD), shipping will be calculated at checkout. 

Packing

We pack your orders in a plain carton box made of recycled paper. As we would like to minimize our environmental impact, our void fillers are completely biodegradable. The box is not colored nor printed so it's more environmentally friendly. We keep on improving our packing, and will make changes from time to time to make sure that we become even more eco-friendly.
