Origin and history

Suggested Use:

Add a few drops in your diffuser or a bowl of hot water. For all other uses,

Camphor rosemary essential oil is an excellent general tonic. It is ideal for athletes because it relieves muscle pain, cramps, tension, aches, tendonitis, rheumatism and lumbago.

Modes of use

2 drops of organic camphor rosemary essential oil + 6 drops of organic sesame vegetable oils, massage into cramps and aches.
