Terms & Conditions:

1. Minimum two (2) units. Extra charge of 200 HKD applies if cleaning only one unit.
2. Deposit required: 20%, non-returnable, non-refundable. Minimum of 2 units per address.
3. Final payment after completion of work.
4. Payment by PayMe, FPS, BEA Bank Transfer. Additional payment of 3.5% for credit card
5. Order cancellation:
- on or before 48 hours before schedule: deposit forfeited
- within 48 hours: 50% charge
6. Booking reschedule
- on or before 48 hours before schedule: no extra charge and will be booked in next available date/time
- within 48 hours: 10% charge and will be booked in next available date/time
7. No one in premises when technician arrives: 100% charge
