Quick Pick-Me-Up 
The quick pick-me-up is ideal if you are sluggish in the afternoons. This is especially the case if you have just had lunch and want to do everything you can to re-focus. It is very easy for you to create this recipe and you only need to have three essential oils to do it. We actually have all of these oils available in our online store as well, so you know that you won’t have any problems trying it out for yourself. 
HoPE Essential Oils for Quick Pick-me-up
To create this wonderful recipe, all you have to do is take two drops of grapefruit oil, two drops of eucalyptus radiata and two drops of rosemary. You can then add them to your diffuser and this is a fantastic way for you to really perk up! It doesn’t take long to do and this recipe will work way better than your morning coffee. Try it! You’ll see what we mean. 
Focus and Concentration 
We all wish we could focus a bit more at work. As time goes on, we get easily distracted and it is very hard to concentrate on task at hand. This can lead to poor work performance or unfinished tasks. You'll be surprised that the work has piled up and you'll start cramming causing extreme work fatigue. If you want to avoid being caught up with several tasks at once, we suggest creating your to do list, begin with the hard tasks first and avoid starting new tasks until the first one is done. HoPE Essential Oils for Focus and Concentration
Simply add 6-10 drops of lemon oil and the same of peppermint to the diffuser. Have the diffuser on your work table or anywhere around your office. This helps clear your mind which allows you to focus more on your tasks and avoid distractions.
Memory 
Did you forget to file that all-important memo? Maybe you just forgot to ring that client back and now your boss is chasing you down the hall in anger. Either way, if you want to re-jig your memory while also making sure that you don’t forget anything important ever again then try this recipe.

Boosting your memory with essential oils is easy! Simply add rosemary to your diffuser. You need to add between 6 and 10 drops and this will really help you to focus your mind and remember things that you thought you’d forgotten. It is one of the best ways for you to stay on track at work.
