Originally from Europe and more precisely from the Mediterranean basin, dill was cultivated and used by the Egyptians, the Greeks, as far as Central Asia, in the traditional pharmacopoeia, for its therapeutic properties and its culinary uses.

Oral use: 1 drop of organic dill essential oil twice a day, with a little honey or on a lozenge to be placed under the tongue, after each meal in case of bloating.
On the skin: Mix 35 drops of organic dill essential oil with 10 drops of organic sweet almond vegetable oil, in the event of painful periods, gently massage the lower abdomen twice a day.
